Talks

Three talks, one throughline: the model was never the hard part. Each adapts to a keynote, a panel seat, or a working session.

01

The End of the All-Knowing Leader

Authority at work has always come from knowing more than the people you led. AI just ended that. When everyone on the team can ask a model anything, the leader who wins is not the one with the answers but the one who knows which questions matter, what good judgment looks like, and how to get a team to actually use what the machine can do.

The room leaves with

  • Why expertise-based authority is collapsing, and what replaces it
  • The difference between teams that demo AI and teams that adopt it
  • A working leader's playbook for building judgment, not just prompts
02

The Model Was Never the Hard Part

Companies do not fail at AI because the technology is not ready. They fail because adoption is a human problem: incentives, habits, fear, and workflows that were never designed for a machine teammate. This talk is a field report on the gap between what buyers say and what users actually do, and how to close it.

The room leaves with

  • The three places AI projects actually die (none of them are the model)
  • How to spot the difference between buying AI and adopting it
  • What the first 90 days of real adoption look like on a working team
03

Leading From the Seat of a User

Most people making the case for AI inside companies have never really used it; most people using it deeply never have to make the case. Doing both changes what you promise, and what you refuse to promise. This talk is about why that combination, strategic instinct plus lived technical practice, is becoming the profile that decides whether enterprise AI lands.

The room leaves with

  • Why credibility with AI decision-makers now requires being a user first
  • How daily AI practice changes the promises you make
  • How strategic and technical instincts combine in the next generation of AI leaders
